About
AniPortrait is a framework for generating photorealistic portrait animations driven by audio, a pose sequence, or a reference video for face reenactment. Its two-stage pipeline first derives pose and landmark motion, then animates the reference image, producing talking-face video with natural head movement. It builds on Stable Diffusion 1.5 components and ships pretrained weights. Released under the Apache 2.0 license.
