About

FauxPilot is a self-hosted alternative to GitHub Copilot that serves code completions from open models such as SalesForce CodeGen using NVIDIA's Triton Inference Server with the FasterTransformer backend. It is compatible with Copilot-enabled editor extensions and can split larger models across multiple GPUs. It requires an NVIDIA GPU and targets teams wanting on-premise code suggestions. Released under the MIT license.
