Flair NLP

Flair by Humboldt University of Berlin is a PyTorch-based NLP framework offering strong models for named entity recognition, part-of-speech tagging, text classification, and more across a growing set of languages. It is known for contextual string embeddings, easy stacking of different embedding types, and special support for biomedical text, plus tools to train custom models. Released under the MIT license.
