Latent Consistency Models (LCM) are distilled from Stable Diffusion to enable high-quality image generation in just 1-4 inference steps, compared to the typical 20-50 steps. Enables near real-time generation on consumer GPUs. Available as LoRA adapters for SDXL. MIT license.
