TruLens is an open-source library for systematically evaluating and tracking LLM applications. It instruments an app to record traces and applies feedback functions that score outputs for groundedness, context relevance, answer relevance, and other quality and safety dimensions. Results are tracked across versions so prompt, model, and retriever changes can be compared. Maintained by the TruLens team and released under the MIT license.
