About
Yi by 01.AI is a family of open-weight bilingual Chinese and English language models released in 6B and 34B sizes, with strong results on both Chinese and English benchmarks. Long-context variants extend to 200K tokens and perform well on needle-in-a-haystack retrieval tests, and the Yi-1.5 update improved coding, math, and reasoning. The models adopt the Llama architecture. Released under the Apache 2.0 license.
