Doccano is an open-source, web-based text annotation tool for building labeled datasets for natural language processing. It supports text classification, sequence labeling, and sequence-to-sequence tasks for use cases such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and summarization, with team collaboration and import-export of common formats. It uses SQLite by default and is quick to set up. Released under the MIT license.
