Labelme is a graphical image annotation tool written in Python with a Qt interface, inspired by the original MIT LabelMe project. It supports polygon, rectangle, circle, line, and point annotations for tasks such as semantic segmentation, bounding-box detection, and classification, and exports JSON that converts to common dataset formats. It offers multi-language interfaces and runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. MIT licensed.
